Former governor of Katsina state Ibrahim Shema has arrived Katsina High Court 3 ahead of his arraignment by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC).
Shema was wearing a flowing ‘Babar Riga’ and a dark shades and been accompanied by the state PDP chairman Salisu Majigiri, and former party chairman Rabiu Gambo Bakori, North West secretary PDP Bishir Tanimu, former commissioners, Special advisers and party supporters.

Meanwhile heavy security has been mounted along major roads leading to the court premises.
