Justice Ishaq Bello has today sentenced two police officers to death for their roles in the killing of two of the Apo six spare parts dealers killed in 2005.
The officers sentenced are the 4th and 5th defendants in the case, Emmanuel Baba and Ezekiel Acheneje.
Meanwhile, the court has discharged and acquitted Danjuma Ibrahim, Nicholas Zacharia, and Sadiq Salami (the 1st, 3rd and 6th defendants) of all the 9-counts charge.
