Season 6 of Nigeria’s reality show, Big Brother Naija, will kick off on Saturday, July 24, 2021.
Martin Mabutho, Chief Customer Officer at Multichoice Nigeria, announced this at a press briefing on Monday.

The show, which will end on October 3, 2021, will air from 7 pm on DStv channel 198 and GOtv channel 29, with a simulcast on Africa Magic Showcase, Africa Magic Urban, and Africa Magic Family.
Mabutho said there will be no SMS voting for this season but that fans will be able to vote for free on BBNaija’s official website and mobile app as well as on the MyDStv and MyGOtv apps.
The winner of the show will grab prizes worth N90 million, the highest grand prize of a winner since the inception of BBNaija in 2006.
The last edition saw Laycon go home N85 million worth of prizes, including N30 million, Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) from Innoson Motors, and a luxury two-bedroom apartment by Revolution Properties.
Ebuka Obi Uchendu remains the host of the show for the fifth time running.
