The seven months old baby girl raped by her step father one 57 year old Magaji Sale has died this morning.
Confirming the death, the state commissioner of police Abdullahi Usman said the culprit will now be charged with culpable homicide.
Sale who had since confess to having raped the girl during past police parade pleaded for mercy on the part of the law.
