Borno: I’ll perform better than Zulum – PDP gov’ship candidate

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Borno State, Mohammed Jajare, has said he will perform better than Governor Babagana Zulum if elected next year.

Addressing newsmen in Borno yesterday, Jajare said, “APC is losing momentum in Borno State; some of their bigwigs have joined PDP.

“I decided to run for the governorship because I believe I will do better than the current governor. The PDP is ripe to take the mantle of leadership both at the state and national levels.

“In our state, people need change because they are discontented with the current government of APC. They are building schools without teachers.”
