Borno state coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps, Nura Umar, has assured the core members who completed their three weeks orientation exercise in their temporary camp in Katsina that they would be posted to safe areas only in Borno state.
He said this during the passing-out parade of the 2021 NYSC Batch B, sream 1 held in Katsina.

He added that there was adequate security arrangement to safeguard the safety and wellbeing of the corp members while in Borno, urging them to be promoters of unity, peace and national integration.
He charged the members to sustain the tempo of their display of discipline they exhibited on the camp at their different places of assignment, saying they were the best of set the state received in recent times, as no single case of indiscipline was recorded in the camp.
He also charged them to avoid drugs and all other forms of social vices that negates the essence of the national service.
He said all the corps members on the camp have tested negative to covid-19 and urged them to avoid all activities that will compromise their negative status.
