Governor of Bayelsa State, Seriake Dickson has announced the donation of land title for the establishment of the Goodluck Jonathan Foundation (GJF), and the sum of N100m takeoff fund to the foundation.

He made this announcement during the 61st birthday celebration and book launch of former president Goodluck Jonathan in Abuja.

The governor also purchased 1000 copies of the books and the sum of N5 million monthly grant for the foundation.
