The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has given a certificate of return to Nicholas Ukachukwu to vie for Anambra South Senatorial seat in the 2019 general elections.
This might have foreclosed the prospect of Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu, the widow of former Biafran leader and founder of APGA, from clinching the position.
Bianca was said to have lost the contest to Nicholas Ukachukwu in the last primary election.

The proscribed Movement of the Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra and APGA leadership have been at loggerheads over the purported denial of the ticket to Bianca.
The certificate, sighted by our correspondent, was signed the Chairman and Secretary of electoral panel.
