‘Beyond The Veil’ set for Prime Video premiere

Beyond the Veil by Nadine Ibrahim is en route to Prime Video. After a licensing arrangement with Amazon’s global streaming service, ‘Beyond the Veil’ will launch exclusively on the site next month.
The series, which is based on the daily lives of liberal Northern Nigerian women, chronicles the lives of five women as they manage work, love, family, and friendship in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city.
Beyond the Veil, which celebrates the diversity and depth of Northern culture, highlights socioeconomic challenges such polygamy, drug misuse, gender-based violence, illicit relationships, and unsteady family structures while also showcasing the elegance of Arewa fashion, lifestyle, and heritage.
