The UBEC-SUBEB Model Smart School in Adaka, Makurdi, Benue State, on Saturday, held its entrance examinations.
In a statement, Information Officer, Benue State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Akese Emmanuella, said the school witnessed a massive turnout of aspiring learners eager to secure admission in the institution.
The statement quoted the executive chairman, Benue SUBEB, Grace Adagba, as urging parents to take full advantage of the opportunity.
The UBEC State Coordinator, Idzi Baba Emmanuel, commended the collaborative efforts of the SUBEB and the UBEC in delivering quality education to the children of the state.

Director, Quality Assurance, SUBEB, Hilejime Joel, said the process was transparent as the scores were displayed on the computer screen for all candidates to see.
The school’s principal, Peter Akpen, assured parents of the quality education their children would receive at the school.
