The cases were brought to the fore on Thursday by Sexual Offences Awareness and Response (SOAR) Initiative during a one-day meeting of the Benue State Child’s Right Implementation Committee (SCRIC) chaired by the state Ministry of Women Affairs.
SOAR’s Chibuxor Njoku, disclosed a reported case of child marriage in Gbajimba IDP camp one in Guma Local Government Area where a case of minors rape were also reported.
