A new Commissioner of Police, CP Audu A. Madaki, on Monday, assumed duty at the Benue State Command.
Madaki takes over from CP Mukaddas Garba who spent over three years as police commissioner in the state.
The new CP, according to the command’s spokesperson, DSP Catherine Anene, has served in many states.
His last place of assignment was in Abuja as Commissioner of Police in charge of Police welfare, Force Headquarters, Abuja.
