Benue gov’t urges security operatives to find missing journalist, 3 kidnapped students

The Benue State Government has urged security agencies to find a missing indigene of the state and a reporter in Vanguard newspapers, Tordue Henry Salem, as well as three other university students abducted on their way to school.  

Salem, a journalist practicing in Abuja, had been declared missing for over a week while the other three students were said to have been kidnapped in Zamfara while on transit to their school in Sokoto State.  

A statement released by the supervising Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Chief Ogbu Dennis Ekpe, expressed worry over the fate of the missing indigenes of the state.

The kidnapped students are Kondo Immaculate Sedoo, a student of Othman Danfodio University, Sokoto; TerlumunYiye, and Jennifer Iorliam Awashima.
