Having been in the catholic choir as early as eight years, listening to classics from Iconic singers like Luther Vandross, Handles, Micheal Jackson, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Oliver De Coque, Osadebe, Whitney Houston, Dolly Parton, Tuface Idibia, Bob Marley and a host of others from his father’s vinyl player, his music is a fusion of afro-highlife, Rhythm n’ blues and Country music.
Coming through with a sound that is described as a thorough and artistic blend of the Western music that held sway in Africa in the early 80s and the resurgent afrobeat sound, BB-harris who holds an MSc in Law had long chosen music as his first love and he is musically gifted in all respect.
From recording in studios in Owerri (southeastern Nigeria) to making music in London, BB-Harris has always deployed his music to preach tolerance, patience, love and diligence as a social activist, mental health crusader and philanthropist.
