Bayelsa Queens Football Club, on Tuesday, defeated Naija Ratels FC by a lone goal in the second match of Group B of the ongoing Betsy Obaseki Women Football Tournament (BOWFT).
With victory in the match that was played at the University of Benin Sports Complex, Bayelsa Queens now have the maximum points from their first two matches.
The ladies from Bayelsa had won their opening match of the tournament on Monday against Braveheart Ladies by 6 -0.
In the other Match Day two fixture, Braveheart FC drew 2-2 with Espoir FC of Benin Republic while Heartland Queens defeated Delta Babes 2-0.

Nasarawa Queens also recovered from their slip in matchday one to hammer Confluence Queens 4-0, while Fortress Ladies defeated Aigle Royal of Benin Republic with a 2-0 scoreline.
