The Bauchi State Police Commissioner, CP Habu Sani Ahmadu, has warned members of Sara Suka, Ba Beli groups, kidnappers and other criminal elements to discontinue their nefarious activities as police are ready to tackle them head on.
He gave the warning in Bauchi yesterday while parading some suspected criminals at the police command.
He said the 35 suspects paraded were among the 43 persons arrested by the command at various locations in the state.
He said eight suspects have been taken to court and convicted.
According to him, the strategy he adopted since assuming office is helping a lot in curbing criminal activities in the state as many people have been arrested by the command.
