Gunmen, in army uniform, suspected to be kidnappers yesterday opened fire on a bus marked AGL 11 XL, injuring the driver and three passengers near Gada -Biyu village along the Abuja -Lokoja Road.
The driver of the bus, Madum Francis, said the incident happened around 5:47 pm.
Francis said he was conveying traders from Abuja to Lagos when the incident happened.
Our reporter visited the Abaji General Hospital and the Ayaura Primary Healthcare Centre where those injured were being treated.
When contacted, the spokesman of the FCT Police Command, DSP Anjuguri Manza, said he was not aware of the incident.
