Bandits have killed one person and abducted 10 others when they invaded two communities in Igabi and Chikun local government areas of Kaduna State.
One person was killed and two other residents were kidnapped on Sunday night at Rido Village.

Also, eight persons were abducted in another incident at Madauchi settlement, Kwarau Ward of Igabi LGA.
A member of the joint task force in the area said the deceased was buried on Monday.
The state police command did not respond to calls for confirmation.
Meanwhile, there was pandemonium in Kabala community, Kaduna following an explosion in a hotel.
It was not clear what led to the explosion around 9:30pm on Sunday but residents claimed they heard a heavy sound inside the hotel which was said to be empty at the time of the incident.
Police in the state said it was suspected to be an improvised explosive device.
The Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Jalige Mohammed, said no casualty was recorded because the place was empty when the explosion occurred.
