Bandits have invaded a Fulani settlement and abducted two teenage herders while rustling 78 cows, 36 sheep at Kuchimi village in Kagarko LGA of Kaduna State.

City & Crime had reported that bandits, two weeks ago, invaded another Fulani settlement at Haying -Dam near Gidan-Makeri, shooting three herders and rustled over 200 cows in the area.

Confirming the latest incident through telephone to our reporter on Wednesday, a resident of Kuchimi, Aliyu Ibrahim, said the incident happened around 6:23 pm when the bandits attacked the teenage herders, who were returning to their settlement with cows.

He said the bandits blocked their way and whisked them and their cows away.

He said the bandits, who divided themselves into two groups, went away with the cows and sheep, while the other gang went with the two teenage herders, who are between the ages of 11 and 13 years.
