His songs are usually recorded in the Yoruba and English languages. However, based on his birthday the rap artiste is trending at number one in the Nigerian Twitter space based on the good wishes received from his fans.

A user of the microblogging app, @OfficiallyLiMa, while reeling out the singer’s achievements since he shot into the limelight 12 years ago wrote, “10 solo albums, 2 joint albums. 12 albums in the space of 12/half years.

“He’s the only African rapper/ afrobeats artiste to achieve this feat. Yes, his name is Olamide. TBH, you shouldn’t be disrespecting Olamide if your MCM can only boast of 2 albums since ‘010.” (sic)

Another Twitter user with the handle, @Brainy_keyz, who seems to have studied Olamide’s modus operandi on his birthday wrote, “March 15 a day when #Olamide will not tweet, post or engage in anything on socio medium. Cos it’s the kings birthday quote me if I’m wrong. Happy birthday my king Asarailu hiphop.” (sic)

Also, @The__fuckboy_ while hailing the superstar rap artiste noted that beyond foreign recognition, Olamide has done better than his peers. He tweeted, “Happy birthday to the man that did the most in the industry. Forget international recognitions and whatnot, this goat surpassed all his peers. Birthday blessings @Olamide badoo. May u reap everything you’ve sowed in multiple folds and more. God bless you.”(sic)
