Jigawa state governor, Muhammad Badaru Abubakar, has transmitted the names of 11 nominees for appointment as commissioners to the State House of Assembly.
The Speaker of the assembly, Idris Garba Jahun, announced this on Tuesday, after reading the names of the nominees at the floor of the house.
The nominees are: Dr. Abba Zakari, Engineer Aminu Usman, Ibrahim Garba Hannun Giwa, Ibrahim Baba Chaichai, Mohammed Alhassan, Kabiru Hassan Sugungu.

Others are: Babangida Umar Gantsa, Yalwa Da’u Tijjani Tati, Salish Zakar, Lawan Yunusa Danzomo and Barrister Musa Adamu Aliyu.
