The national vice chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Ntufam Hilliard Eta, has said Governor Ben Ayade does not have the capacity to be governor of Cross River State because he was not prepared for the job.
He said Ayade never planned or believed that he could ever become a governor in his life.
However, Ayade’s chief press secretary, Mr Christian Ita, described the allegation as pure hatred for the governor who, according to him, was humane and determined to change the fortunes of the state through the various projects he initiated.
