Olympic and world champion Grace Brown led Australia to a razor’s edge triumph over Germany in the mixed relay time trial world title race on Wednesday with a winning margin of less than a second after a rolling 53.7km course.
Retiring at the end of the season despite her time trial domination this year, Brown was one of three women alongside Brodie Chapman and Ruby Roseman-Gannon, and the three men were Ben O’Connor, Michael Matthews and Jay Vine.
