I write to bring to your attention the gruesome murder of an innocent married woman that occurred on Sunday, October 17, 2021, by some unscrupulous elements at Unguwar Ibro Kafinta, Azare community of Katagum Local Government Area in Bauchi State.
According to a reliable source, the culprits stormed her husband’s house during the night and heartlessly used a cable to suffocate her and stabbed her severally with sharp objects and later carted away her belongings.

This is not the first time such a sad event has happened and that society believes in your ability to bring such perpetrators to justice.
The community is confident in your ability to fish out those bad eggs that are willing to destroy our peaceful state. At the local level, we are readily prepared to contribute by cooperating with you in our bid to put halt to such menace.
Sir, allowing this horrible scenario to go unraveled is analogous to allowing those who have similar intentions to continue plotting menace against unsuspecting citizens.
Such things are happening, but there are no significant reports of arrest and prosecution of culprits. This is one of the major f actors behind the disturbingly high prevalence of criminality in Bauchi State but also in the country.
