Ativo Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Electronic Payplus limited, has launched a crow-funding platform known as quickraiz to connect donors with those in need of charity. 

Quickraiz is an indigenous crowd-funding platform that can be accessed by all Nigerians who are trying to raise fund for a course on one hand and those willing to give on the other hand. 

Managing Director of Ativo Limited, Mr Bayo Adeokun at the launch of the platform in Lagos over the weekend said through the quickraiz online platforms, donations can be made for several causes including emergency/disaster support, charity, education, among other things.

He said, “We have generated several feedbacks through different mediums deliberately to feel the pulse of our would-be users and eventually used them as a vehicle to achieve top notch service.”

Chairman of the EpayPlus, Ade Adedeji, SAN, said the company is deploying technological solutions to address societal problems.

“We are looking for societal problems that require technological solutions in every facet of the economy with the aim of creating opportunities, better lifestyle and convenience”.

Divisional CEO for Interswitch, Akeem Lawal said having reviewed the platform, it was convinced that it connects with some of the core values Nigerians hold dearly, adding, “quickraiz gives you an opportunity to assist those who are in need.”
