The former Governor of Plateau state, Senator David Jonah Jang has said that the ex-Vice President, Atiku Abubakar would be the answer to the multifaceted problems compounding Nigeria.

Jang, one of the 13 aspirants that participated at the recently concluded Peoples Democratic Party’s presidental election also said that he accepted in totality the outcome of his party’s presidential primary election.

Jang, a senator representing Plateau North at the national assembly made the statement in a press release issued on Monday in reaction to Atiku’s victory during PDP’s presidential primary election held in Port Harcourt last Saturday.

He said, “As a loyal member and responsible stakeholder of PDP I would support and work for the actualization of the anticipated Atiku’s presidency which would be the answer to the multifaceted problems compounding the current occupant of Aso Rock.”

He called on the attention of Atiku to understand the plight of the people of the Middle-belt.
He said, “These are people who have sacrificed so much for our country but have gotten death and destruction of their properties and farmlands in return.

“Your excellency, when you get to power and you would get there by the grace of God, let there be security and welfare,” he said.

Jang added that on behalf of his Campaign Team and supporters, “I hereby congratulate Atiku Abubakar for a deserved victory and accept in totality the outcome of the primary elections.”
