Ninety-three players who had relinquished their amateur status will be competing to join the elite professional class after a one-week test at Kaduna Golf Club.
Director of Operations of the Professional Golfers Association of Nigeria (PGAN), Dominic Andrew, explained that some of the players that would be tested at the event are already in Kaduna to familiarize themselves with the golf facility.
“The Q-School is a very keenly contested event and it has grown tougher over the years. With the standard in place, the quality of the players that has been admitted are better than before,” Andrew said.
