Kidnappers demand N10m for female victim

Kidnappers of Mrs Sadiya Badamasi have demanded N10million ransom for her release

She was abducted last Thursday at senior staff quarters in Abaji Area Council.

A family source who preferred anonymity said contact was established with the kidnappers last Friday and they demanded N20m ransom, but it was brought down to N10m. He said members of the victim’s family were still pleading with them to further bring down the amount.

The spokesperson of the FCT police command, ASP Maryam Yusuf, was yet to pick calls or reply to text message to confirm the demand for ransom.
