The Nigerian Institute of Architects Abuja Chapter (NIAABC) is set to hold its annual general meeting and conference at the NAF Conference Centre on Saturday, July 22 in Abuja.
Tagged CAGM 2023, the one-day programme with the theme ‘The Procurement Act and the Built Environment Professional: The Architects’ Role’, is aimed at bringing all architects across the FCT together to celebrate the architecture profession.
A statement by NIAABC spokesman, Aniko Emmanuel, said the conference would also act as a premier venue for the practitioners in the FCT, and stakeholders to share new ideas and practical development experiences for critical examination of architecture and its role in national regeneration.

He said the event, whose keynote speaker is expected to be the Director General of the Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP), Mamman Ahmadu, will be an opportunity to see new innovation is capable of producing alternative architecture techniques.
