The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has released the schedule of activities for the conduct of its primary polls ahead of the Ekiti and Osun states governorship elections in 2022.
In a provisional timetable/schedule of activities for Ekiti and Osun states governorship primary elections signed by APGA’s National Organizing Secretary, Mr. Ifeanyi Mbaeri, the party said the primary elections for Ekiti and Osun states would take place on January 27 and March 10, 2022, respectively.
He also said the expression of interest form is pegged at N2 million, while nomination form is N10 million.
According to the party, women and People Living With Disabilities (PLWD) would pay 50 per cent of the sums.
The guidelines state that screening of prospective governorship aspirants for Ekiti governorship would be carried out at the APGA National Secretariat, Abuja, on January 22, 2022, while resolution of appeals/disputes arising from the exercise would be done on January 28.
With regards to the Osun State primaries, the sale and return of forms to the APGA National Secretariat in Abuja would be between January 20 and February 20, 2022.
