National Coordinator of the Tinubu/Shettima Independent Campaign Council (ICC), Silas Ali Agara has said campaign funds have been released to the Amalgamated All Progresives Congress (APC) Support Groups.

He spoke on Tuesday when the Director General of the amalgamated groups, Engr. Kailani Mohammad, the Deputy Director General, Hajiya Maryam Danjaki and many others paid him a visit at the ICC headquarters in Abuja.

He said, “Some supporters of APC and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu raised money and directed that APC-ICC should disburse it to the Amalgamated Groups leadership for them to continue grassroots mobilisation before and after the presidential elections.”

Agara said he has forgiven those who attempted to smear his name for them to continue celebrating the victory of Bola Tinubu as President-elect and to work for this Saturday’s governoeship and state Houses of Assembly polls.

Responding, Hajiya Maryam Danjaki said that the APC-ICC under the leadership of Agara had been working hard to deliver APC candidates in the elections.

Those present during the meeting were, Senator Binta Masi Garba, Deputy National Coordinator of APC-ICC; Architect Umar Ibrahim, Chieftain of the APC; Prince Isiaq Ajibola, Assistant Director Press APC-ICC; Ibraheem Hamza Muhammad; Mrs Mariah Olasehinde; John Chuks; Umma Danjaki and many other APC supporters.
