APC stakeholders pass vote of confidence on Yahaya

Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Gombe State yesterday passed a vote of confidence on Governor Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, over his laudable achievements in the areas of peace, security and infrastructural development.

The decision was reached after a one-day APC stakeholders’ meeting of Gombe South Senatorial District held in Kaltungo town, to review the stewardship of Governor Yahaya over the last two years.

In a communiqué read by Senator Joshua Lidani, the stakeholders, comprising elective office holders and political appointees from the zone, said they have declared unanimous, sincere and total confidence on the governor for his patriotic and selfless service to the state.

The stakeholders noted “with great pride” how the governor “successfully and unprecedentedly” put the state on the global map by making it the number one state in Ease of Doing Business among the 36 states and the FCT.
