The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has released timetable for its rescheduled Congresses in Rivers State, following the lifting of the restraining order.
The APC National Organising Secretary, Barrister Emma Ibediro, in a release issued yesterday, said State Congresses to elect State party officials would now hold on Friday, December 27, 2019.
The release added that appeals arising from State Congresses would be entertained on Saturday, December 28, 2019.
The local government area (LGA) Congresses to elect LGA part officials will hold on Monday December 23, 2019, while the appeals arising from LGA Congresses will be considered on Tuesday, December 24, 2019.
The release said Ward Congresses to elect Ward officials also holds on Saturday, December 21, 2019, while petitions against the exercise (Ward Congresses) will be entertained on Sunday, December 22, 2019.
