APC raises alarm over plans to stop Buhari using courts

General Buhari will this morning at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, Lagos, mount the stage and campaign for votes from millions of residents in the state. The Governor of Lagos, Mr. Babatunde Fashola has said Buhari’s campaign in Lagos will be the mother of all campaigns.
Addressing news men in Lagos yesterday, the APC National Publicity Secretary said no fewer than four cases have been filed by those who he described as people fronting for the PDP and the Presidency with aim of stopping Buhari and  to scuttle next month’s elections.
“Now they have moved to the last frontier in their stop-Buhari-at-all-cost campaign using the courts. After manipulating some elements of the judiciary workers to embark on strike to stop the courts from hearing cases that could be detrimental to their presidential candidate, the same puppeteers again manipulated the elements to end the strike, so they can kick-start their last strategy,” he said.
