APC presidential primaries: Kebbi delegates vote Buhari in 225 wards

Delegates from all the 225 wards in Kebbi State on Friday voted President Muhammadu Buhari in the direct presidential primaries conducted by the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.

At Nasarawa Ward 2 where Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu voted in Birnin Kebbi, the APC returning officer, Alhaji Babangida Maiahu confirmed that 9,672 male and 3,801 women delegates voted President Muhammadu Buhari.

After casting his vote, Governor Bagudu commended the courage of the people especially women, youths and the aged for their steadfastness and by coming out to show support for President Buhari.

The INEC officer in Birnin Kebbi Local Government area, Ibrahim Abdullahi confirmed the direct primary election at the Nasarawa Ward 2 polling unit.
