The ministry’s task force on internally generated revenue led by the Commissioner for Lands Survey and Town Planning, Yakubu Dati, gave the ultimatum at the APC secretariat, Erewarewa House.
The commissioner said the ministry was going round to interface with land occupants and to call their attention to pay their ground rates to enable the building to generate revenue.
Reacting, the Plateau State APC Administrative Secretary, Godwin Garba Jiwul, said the party was happy with the revenue drive of the ministry.
