The Labour Party (LP) has said the incessant attacks on its leadership targeted at destabilising the party were orchestrated by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
The acting National Youth Leader of the party, Prince Kennedy Ahanotu, in a statement, said the APC used money to induce a former National Publicity Secretary of the party, Abayomi Arabambi, to declare war against the party.
He said for Abayomi Arabambi, money is the game and he was determined to sell his soul to achieve that dangerous appetite to enrich himself by whatever means.
However, in a swift reaction, Arabambi said the statement by Ahanotu was dishonest, erroneous and incorrect.

“This very long but embarrassingly empty epistle of calumny written by Kennedy Ahanotu marks him out as a very worthless addition to the human race because rather than asking his masters to surrender to police prosecution, the pedestrian political misfits was busy painting the air space with allegations that I was been sponsored by APC to destroy Labour Party.
“I have no reasons to destroy what I build with my hard-earned money but for the ethnic cleansing embarked upon by Julius Abure and Clement Ojukwu (former National Organizing Secretary), which was resisted as LP was not built on religious beliefs or ethnic bigotry and colouration,” Arabambi said.
