The All Progressives Congress (APC) Support Groups have launched a book written by Prof. Dahida D. Philip, providing insight into the structure of the party and how to win the February 25 and March 11 elections.
The book, titled, “structure and strategies for winning 2023 general elections” was laluched at Barcelona hotel in Abuja, as part of campaign activities of the APC support groups ahead of the elections.
In his remarks, the Director General of the Amalgamated APC Groups, Dr Nasiru Ladan Mohammed said, “We know what is ahead of us.
No election can be won without this effort. Support groups need to do alot. The task ahead of us is bigger than what we did in 2015 and 2019 put together.
“Go to the grassroots and deliver your polling units. We know where we are in this country and we need people who are sharp, articulate and competent. We have seen what Tinunu and Shettima did in Lagos and Borno ehen they were governors.
“When they take over, we will have money in circulation, kidnapping, banditry, armed robbery, cattle rusttling will be history. Insecurity will be nipped in tthe bud.”
Similarly, the National Coordinator of NAMMBO, Hajiya Hauwa Hayatu, said Tinubu/Shettima is the winning ticket, stressing that the essence of the book launch was to make Nigerians know who is Asiwaju and Shettima so that they can make informed choice on election day.
She said, “Tinubu has the experience and tact to steer the ship of Nigeria to the promised land. So we will deliver 10 million votes for Asiwaju. We are on it. Everything is going on, we are the grassroots people. We are moving from house-to-house, door-to-door to canvass votes for Asiwaju.”
