APC gov’ship candidate to appeal tribunal judgment

The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Bauchi State, Air Marshal Sadique Baba Abubakar (rtd), has instructed his lawyers to appeal against the judgment of the Election Petitions Tribunal that dismissed his petition.

Responding to the judgment, Abubakar said he would follow all constitutional means to reclaim “the stolen mandate” given to him at the polls.
