The All Progressives Congress (APC) has given its members a seven-day ultimatum to withdraw all pending court cases or face sanctions.
This directive was issued after the 146th meeting of the National Working Committee (NWC), held at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.
In a statement signed by the party’s national secretary, Senator Ajibola Bashiru, the APC urged members of the Benue State chapter who are currently in court to discontinue their litigation promptly.
The party emphasized the need to resolve internal disputes without resorting to external legal action. Failure to comply with this directive will result in disciplinary measures, including suspension and expulsion from the party, the statement added.
