The All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council has said it has designed plans to engage farmers, traders and other economic stakeholders in the North towards ensuring massive votes for the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2023.
This was disclosed by the Director, Trade and Economic Directorate (North), Senator Gbemisola Ruqayyah Saraki while inaugurating a 96-member committee to actualise their plans yesterday in Abuja.
The lawmaker who is also the Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development said Tinubu has demonstrated that he has what it takes to bring about a prosperous Nigeria.
She said, “We are all aware of the reality of the global economic lull in the post-COVID-19 era which the present administration has been able to cushion the grave impacts on our citizens despite the prevailing statistics.
