Two persons died on Sunday afternoon after the driver of a speeding vehicle lost control of the car and veered off the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
Our correspondent reports that three persons had died, while seven others were injured on Saturday night on the highway.
Another crash occurred on Sunday near Iperu-Ogere bridge, en route to Sagamu-Interchange on the highway at about 02:38pm.
It was gathered two male adults and one female adult were involved in the crash.

“Two male adults were confirmed dead and one female adult sustained an injury,” the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Spokesperson, Florence Okpe, said.
Okpe said the driver of the Toyota car with the number plate, JJJ25HS, had engaged in speeding.
According to her, the driver lost control and ran into a drainage channel by the road side.
The injured victim was taken to Victory Hospital, Ogere for medical attention while the corpses were deposited at the FOS morgue, Ipara.
