The Ekiti State security outfit coded Amotekun has arrested seven persons, including two women, for burglary and robbery.
The Amotekun Commandant in the state, Brid Gen Joe Komolafe (Rtd), while addressing newsmen on Thursday, said the suspects were arrested in Ara, Aisegba and Ado-Ekiti.

He said, “Two of them specialise in robbing motorists on Iluomoba-Aisegba Road, while four specialise in snatching motorcycles.”
Komolafe said they would soon be handed over to the police.
Items recovered from the suspects included four motorcycles, 16 phones, a mask, a knife and a water pumping machine.
