Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun has been declared winner of Ogun central senatorial District by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
In a result announced at the early hours of today by INEC returning officer, Professor Ayinde Akanbi, Amosun polled 88,110 votes to defeat other contestants.
According to the results, Mrs Titi Oseni-Gomez of African Democratic Congress (ADC) polled 37,101 votes; Solomon Sanyaolu of the PDP polled 33,276 votes; Sowunmi Olufemi of ADP had 6,510, while Ademosun Gbenga’s APM polled 10,039 votes.
