Kano Pillars attacking midfielder, Kenneth Kumbur Amia has said he is unperturbed even as he is yet to play a role in his club’s campaign in the ongoing Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL, season.
The former Lobi Stars player was in the Pillars squad that was eliminated at the preliminary round of this year’s CAF Confederation Cup by ASC Jaraaf of Senegal.

Even as he has fully recovered from a minor injury that kept him out of his club’s final preparation for the current league season, he is yet to be selected by the technical crew.
In a chat with Daily Trust, Amia said he is eagerly waiting to return to action.
He also said he is happy that Pillars are among the title contenders.
“I always want to play for my club but this season I am yet to play in the league. I was injured and didn’t complete the pre-season with my team.
“Although I have recovered, my teammates are doing a wonderful job so I have to wait. I am confident that my time to return to the squad will come.
“God has a purpose for everything. He knows what is good for me,” he said.
