The Ohaziri Mba Renaissance Movement has called on Nigerians, especially politicians, to allow President Bola Tinubu to concentrate on delivering the dividends of democracy to Nigerians, especially at these trying times when many Nigerians are struggling to survive.
The movement based in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, in a statement by its secretary, Francis Egwu, said the call has become imperative because some politicians are still politicising the situation in Nigeria even when the election is over.
The group also said they were in support of the statement credited to a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abayomi Nurain Mumuni, calling on politicians to concentrate on delivering the dividends of democracy to the people and to jettison politics for now.
The Renaissance Movement (OMRM), an APC grassroots support organisation under the leadership of Dr Haroun Ogbonnia Ajah, said they are in support of the call by Mr Abayomi Nurain Mumuni that politicians should allow the president to work.

They said the Tinubu-led administration is grappling with the provision of reasonable and tangible dividends of democracy, adding that nothing concrete can be seen for now, the main reason why politics should be put aside for now.
The statement also said Nigerians are only interested in having food on their tables, adding that,
“For those of us who are with the people, we understand them well and know the challenges they face. Therefore, we urge our Abuja APC politicians to help come together and help the president to give Nigerians, the Renewed Hope Agenda we presented to them and put smiles on their faces.
The movement also said calling on President Tinubu to start looking at how to win the 2027 election is ill-timed, laughable, and a sign of not feeling the pulse of the people.
