Alleged fraud: Kalu’s trial resumes tomorrow

The trial of a former Abia state governor, and now Senator, Orji Uzor Kalu, will resumed tomorrow (Monday, August 26th) at the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, before Justice Mohammed Idris.
Kalu is standing trial alongside his former Commissioner for Finance, Ude Udeogo, and a company, Slok Nigeria Limited, on an amended 39-count charge of money laundering to the tune of N7.6billion.
The case has moved from the high court up to the apex court before coming back to the high court.
