Albino foundation needs N300,000 to save member from skin cancer

The Albino Foundation, Sokoto State chapter is soliciting financial support for its member who is suffering from skin cancer.

Muhammadu Nura, 25, from Dantsaki village in Kware local government area of the state had been diagnosed with skin cancer and the sum of N300,000 was required for his treatment.

Nura, a student of Tsangaya school is now roaming about the street, begging for alms despite his condition.

Speaking to Daily Trust, Nura pleaded with the state government to come to his aid.

The State Coordinator of the foundation, Abba Galadima said they had sought the support of the state government but to no avail.

According to him, the foundation had lost two of its members to skin cancer this year.

He appealed to the government to provide them with Skin Protection Cream.
