Al Ahli agree €80m fee for Osimhen – Report

Napoli have reportedly reached an agreement to sell Victor Osimhen to Al Ahli for €80m.

Italian transfer guru, Fabrizio Romano, revealed this in a post across his social media platforms on Friday.

According to him, if the deal goes through, Osimhen would sign a four-year contract at around £33.6m (€40m) a season – or £646,154 per-week – tax-free

A release clause will be inserted into his contract with the Saudi Arabian club.

Al Ahli have also booked a medical for Osimhen, who looks set to snub a move to Chelsea.

“BREAKING: Napoli reach total agreement with Al Ahli for Victor Osimhen!

“Club to club deal done for €75/80m total package, Al Ahli have already booked a medical.

“Four year contract worth €25/30m per season net to Osimhen + RELEASE clause.

“Final green light up to Victor,”  Romano wrote.

In a update, the Italian said Osimhen is yet to agree to the terms despite club-to-club agreement.

He added that the Nigeria International is still in talks with Chelsea.

“Victor Osimhen has still NOT given the green light to Al Ahli on terms despite club-to-club agreement.

“Osimhen, still talking to Chelsea while #CFC delegation in Napoli trying to find a way until the end.”

Napoli are desperate to part ways with the former Lille player and are open to both solutions, as they only hope to find a way to sell the player.

His foremost summer suitors PSG have since moved on to other options, an action justified by their bright start to the season.
