The Chairman of Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination (NINAS), Professor Banji Akintoye, on Monday declared that among their requests from the Headquarters of the United Nations in New York, United States of America was to declare Miyetti Allah a terrorist group.
He said all is now set for the Million-Man Freedom March scheduled to hold opposite the United Nations Headquarters in New York, United States of America between 14th and 24th September, 2021.

Speaking through his Communications Manager, Mr. Maxwell Adeleye, Akintoye said the protest was meant to show to the world the genocide being perpetrated by murderous herdsmen in the name of grazing in the South and Middle-Belt of Nigeria.
The renowned historian said the people of the South and Middle-Belt would be showing to the world the crimes against humanity, attacks on press freedom, free speech and other criminalities being aided by the Buhari led government of Nigeria.
The octogenarian scholar said the indigenous people within the NINAS Territories shall also be demanding for the conduct of a regional referendum so that the people can decide on their nationhood.
Describing the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria as a fraud against the people of South and Middle-Belt, Akintoye, a member of the Nigerian senate between 1979 and 1983, said the March would be used as an opportunity to expose to the world, how a tiny minority people had hijacked the assets of the South and Middle-Belt of Nigeria through the 1999 Constitution which he said was enacted without the consent of the people.
In a swift reaction, the Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, a Fulani Socio-Cultural Association, has said that Prof. Akintoye is just an attention seeker, suffering pains over the arrest of Sunday Igboho.
The association’s National Secretary, Engr. Saleh Alhassan, told Daily Trust on Monday in Abuja that the politician that hired him for dirty job would soon realize that it was a wasted political venture.
“We understand the frustration of the attention seeking professor who is suffering from dementia as a result of arrest Sunday Igboho, his godson. The hungry professor is a sponsor and enabler of troublemakers in south-western Nigeria and very soon he will end up like his godson Sunday Igboho in a foreign prison.”
“Miyetti Allah is a duly registered organization with clear objectives of defending the socio-economic interest of Fulani Pastoralists in Nigeria. We have been partnering with security agencies and other stakeholders to promote peaceful coexistence between farmers and herders,” Alhassan said.
NINAS is the umbrella body for self-determination groups in the South and Middle-Belt of Nigeria with Ilana Omo Oodua representing the Yoruba Land, Lower Niger Congress representing the South South and South East and Middle-Belt Rennaissance Movement representing the Middle Belt Region.
